Safety Guidelines
Last updated: January 9, 2026
1. Introduction
These safety guidelines apply to all players and visitors of our golf simulators. By using our facilities, you acknowledge these rules as binding.
Compliance with these safety rules is essential for the well-being of all players and the smooth operation of our facility.
2. General Rules of Conduct
Players must follow staff instructions at all times. This also applies to accompanying persons of the players.
Children under 16 years of age may only play on the golf simulator when accompanied by legal guardians or under the guidance of qualified staff.
By entering the simulator or the hitting mat, players acknowledge having read these safety rules and commit to following the generally applicable golf rules.
3. Playing Area
In the playing area, clearly marked by white lines on the floor (approx. 150cm behind the hitting mat), only one person "at bat" may stand; no other person may stand directly behind the player!
4. Liability
The operator is liable without limitation for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health caused by an intentional or negligent breach of duty. The same applies to other damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct of the operator or its legal representatives or vicarious agents. In the event of slightly negligent breaches of essential contractual obligations (cardinal duties), i.e. obligations whose fulfilment is essential for the proper performance of the contract and on whose observance the user regularly relies, liability is limited to the typical, foreseeable damage. In the event of slightly negligent breaches of non-essential contractual obligations, liability is excluded. Use of the facilities is otherwise at the user's own risk. The user is obliged to comply with all safety and conduct rules. The operator is not liable for damages resulting from non-compliance with these rules, unless such damages are attributable to the operator's own fault.
The operator is only liable for loss, theft, or damage to items brought by the user in cases of intent or gross negligence. Players are liable for any racket equipment lent to them and for objects in the simulator, including the Garmin device itself. A damaged racket will be charged at EUR 150.00; additional damages may be claimed separately.
5. Equipment and Playing Skills
The golf simulator is suitable for everyone; basic knowledge of golf is not necessarily required. Persons without basic knowledge are asked to contact staff with questions.
Any rule-compliant golf club may be used. Due to individual swing behavior, players must check before starting the game whether the available space in the cabin is sufficient without causing damage to the inventory by swinging the golf club. This applies especially to persons with a height of 1.90m or more!!!
6. Footwear
Allowed Shoes
Ideal are sports shoes for indoor sports (pickleball, tennis, etc.) or comfortable shoes with rubber soles (sneakers).
Prohibited Shoes
Golf shoes with spikes and coarse soles are not allowed. Unsuitable are shoes with higher heels or leather soles!
7. Balls and Equipment
Players receive balls from staff and, if needed, tees in various designs. Balls are available; more than 3-6 balls at the golf simulator are not desired.
It is not allowed to use your own balls!
8. Staff Authority
Staff is entitled to control playing equipment at any time.
Staff may terminate the game if instructions are not followed. There is no claim to participation or refund of the playing fee, etc.
