2. Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between PicklePoint GmbH (hereinafter referred to as 'we' or 'the company') and users of our booking platform and sports facilities (hereinafter referred to as 'you' or 'the customer').
By using our services, creating an account, or making a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
3. Services
We provide the following services through our platform:
- Online booking of pickleball and golf courts
- Registration for sports events and tournaments
- Rental of sports equipment
- Coaching and training services
4. Booking Process
The booking process consists of the following steps:
- User registration and account creation
- Selection of desired time slot, court, or service
- Secure online payment via Stripe
- Booking confirmation via email
A binding contract is formed upon receipt of your payment and our booking confirmation. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
5. Payment Terms
All payments must be made in advance via our secure payment system powered by Stripe. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed during checkout.
Prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT. Additional fees may apply for certain services and will be clearly indicated before payment.
In case of payment failure or chargebacks, we reserve the right to cancel bookings and restrict access to our services.
6. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are subject to the following terms:
- Cancellations more than 48 hours before the booking: Full refund
- Cancellations less than 48 hours before the booking: if your spot get's rebooked you will get a voucher as a refund
- No-shows or cancellations after the booking time: No refund
Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method. We reserve the right to modify cancellation policies for special events or peak times.
7. House Rules and Code of Conduct
All users must comply with our facility rules and maintain respectful behavior:
- Treat all staff, other players, and facilities with respect
- Wear appropriate sports attire and non-marking court shoes
- Handle all equipment with care and report any damage immediately
- Arrive on time and respect booking durations
- Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas
- Alcohol consumption is not permitted on the premises
- Children under 16 must be supervised by an adult at all times
Violation of house rules may result in immediate termination of your booking without refund and potential ban from our facilities.
8. Liability and Insurance
Participation in sports activities is at your own risk. We recommend that all users have appropriate sports insurance coverage.
Our liability is limited to cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. We are not liable for injuries, accidents, or damage to personal property unless caused by our gross negligence.
Users are liable for any damage they cause to our facilities, equipment, or property of other users. Repair costs will be charged to the responsible party.
9. Data Protection
We take the protection of your personal data seriously and comply with all applicable data protection laws, including GDPR.

10. Final Provisions
These Terms and Conditions are governed by German law. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Munich, Germany.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or through our platform.
